4 Ways to Stay Cool This Summer

Summer is in full swing and if you're trying ti figure out why it's so freaking hot outside, I'm right there with ya. Growing up in Florida, you would think I would be 100 percent OK with being in he sweltering heat, but the truth is, I'm 100 percent not. After visiting Houston two weeks ago, living in Atlanta, and now being down in Florida for a few days, it literally seems as if I can't escape the heat and all the misery it has to offer. Just as the saying goes though, "when life gives you lemons, make lemonade!" While I didn't technically make lemonade while embracing the heat, I did discover a few unconventional ways to stay cool and decided to go ahead and share them with you, too!

Stopping by The Chat in Jacksonville, Florida — where I also served as a guest host (super exciting!) — I was able to give my suggestions on much needed ways to stay cool and had an amazing time while doing it! Everything was great and today's experience may go down as one of my favorite to date. I could totally get used to the whole hosting thing (not really, but kinda, lol)!
